Scandinavian food? BIKE! BIKKE is a Scandinavian resto bar in one of Maastricht’s most upcoming areas, Wyck. You can find us at the end of the Rechtstraat, at the corner of the Hoogbrugstraat and Ruiterij. We are located in a beautiful 16th century building. Our doors opened on the 1st of April 2022. Our passion for Scandinavian design, lifestyle and cuisine comes together at BIKKE. Inspired by culinary and hip cities such as Stockholm and Copenhagen, we bring a bit of Scandinavia to Maastricht.
At BIKKE you are welcome for breakfast and lunch during the day. We serve the tastiest classics from Scandinavia, such as smørrebrød, Swedish meatballs, Eggs Norwegian or one of the delicious kannelbullar (cinnamon rolls). In the evening we take you with us in the New Nordic Kitchen. Delicious dishes with tasty, fresh and local ingredients. Inspired by what the season has to offer. We are constantly seeking balance between simplicity and sophistication on the plate. Ingredients are presented as pure as possible, so that the product remains recognizable and the taste speaks out. We like to combine all this with beautiful (natural) wines, special non-alcoholic drinks or one of our tasty beers. We look forward to seeing you at BIKKE!
